    • Custom-built or special-order products

    • Clearance or final-sale items

    • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect

  • Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable

    If the item was returned due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping.
