Core Deposits (If Applicable)
Some remanufactured engines may require a refundable core deposit. The core deposit is refunded once the old engine core is returned in acceptable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping of the core unless otherwise stated.

To protect against fraud, we may request: Government-issued photo ID Proof of billing address Verification of payment method Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification fails.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Warranty Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of delivery and communication. Customers must contact us first to resolve any payment or order concerns.
