Return & Refund Policy

At Chevy GMC Engine Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • All manuals, accessories, and labels must be included.
  • Must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used engines or components
  • Items missing serial numbers or tampered seals
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at Info@chevygmcenginehub.com
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  3. We’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Returns without an RMA may be denied.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping
  • For all other reasons (wrong part ordered, changed mind, etc.), customer pays return shipping
  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping are not our responsibility

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for non-defective returns
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and will work quickly to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they ship. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
